UPDATE: I have changed my review to reflect the attention to customer service and level of kindness showed in handling an unsatisfied customer. I emailed the photos of the arrangement to Rebecca and before I was able to respond to her email, I had another arrangement delivered that was much more like the original arrangement that was ordered. I honestly have never had anyone respond and react to their customers so quickly and so eager to make things right. I honestly appreciate the quickness and attentiveness to making sure the situation was peaceful and all parties ended up happy. I honestly hardly ever complain, as you can see from my past reviews left and I like to support small businesses. Thank you Rebecca, Brent did tell me that he does all of his orders from you in the past and all of my past arrangements have been exceptional. My apologies on my end for not allowing a little grace during a very busy ordering season ( it never crossed my mind). I have deleted my previous review. Again thank you for going above and beyond to ensure your customers are happy. (Received an arrangement this afternoon for my anniversary. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and smell fantastic.)
I am very picky when it comes to flowers and generally have been pretty loyal to a specific designer or two. But, I decided to try Rebecca’s for Thanksgiving. Wow! My expectations were exceeded in every way. I showed the team pictures of my table (rough cut) and they came up with a design that was lovely. They “understood” what I was hoping for. Customer service wise they delivered on all levels. They texted me pictures of the arrangements before I picked them up. They were finished on time. Thank you for making flowers a highlight of my Thanksgiving!
Thank you to Holly for correcting in a kind way about a delivery that did not arrive for funeral. Everything was cleared up, and amends were made with beautiful arrangements that were then delivered to family. I can recommend.
