Paige knocked it iut if the park for me - had an order from another shop fall through the cracks on the day of pickup and Paige didn’t skip a beat taking care of me. I had an amazing experience at Rebecca’s Flowers & Gifts! The customer service was excellent—everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an arrangement put together on the spot, and they handled it beautifully with great attention to detail. The staff truly knows their craft, and the final assortment exceeded my expectations. UPDATE: I have changed my review to reflect the attention to customer service and level of kindness showed in handling an unsatisfied customer. I emailed the photos of the arrangement to Rebecca and before I was able to respond to her email, I had another arrangement delivered that was much more like the original arrangement that was ordered. I honestly have never had anyone respond and react to their customers so quickly and so eager to make things right. I honestly appreciate the quickness and attentiveness to making sure the situation was peaceful and all parties ended up happy. I honestly hardly ever complain, as you can see from my past reviews left and I like to support small businesses. Thank you Rebecca, Brent did tell me that he does all of his orders from you in the past and all of my past arrangements have been exceptional. My apologies on my end for not allowing a little grace during a very busy ordering season ( it never crossed my mind). I have deleted my previous review. Again thank you for going above and beyond to ensure your customers are happy. (Received an arrangement this afternoon for my anniversary. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and smell fantastic.)
